Penny pasta 250 gram (any pasta as per your taste)

Cooking cream 300 ml

Cheddar cheese 30 gram (shredded)

Mozzarella cheese 30 gram (shredded)

Parmesan cheese 30 gram (shredded)

Dried oregano 1 teaspoon

Italian mix herbs 1 teaspoon

White vinegar 1 tablespoon

White pepper 1 teaspoon

Red bell pepper (fine chopped) 50-80 gram

Yellow bell pepper (fine chopped) 50-80 gram

Green bell pepper (fine chopped) 50-80 gram

Mushrooms 4 pcs (fine chopped) (as per your taste)

Jalapeno 2 pcs (fine chopped) (as per your taste)

Cooking Oil for sauté and boiling penny pasta
