Ingredients:

Bhallay:

Lentils (Mash & Mong) 3 tablespoon each

Green chili 3-4 pcs (as per your taste)

Red chili 1 teaspoon (as per your taste) Onion 1 big

Salt (as per your taste) Baking powder ½ teaspoon

Coriander & Cumin powder (Roasted) 1 teaspoon

Dahi Mixture: Yogurt 300 gm Milk 100 ml

Chili flake ½ teaspoon (as per your taste)

Sugar 1 teaspoon (as per your taste)

Salt (as per your taste)

Chat Masala (as per your taste)

Beat well for smooth, fluffy and constant texture.

Serve with chat masala and Immli/aloo Bukhara ki chutni (link available on iCard)
