Ingredients: Liver & Kidney 1 kg (cubes and thin slices) Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Onion 3 medium size Green chili 8-10 (as per your taste) Salt 1 tablespoon (as per your taste) Coriander powder ½ tablespoon Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder ½ tablespoon Red chili powder 1 tablespoon White chili powder 1/3 teaspoon Garam masala ½ teaspoon Olive Oil ½ cup (or as per requirement)
