Chicken ½ kg Yogurt 180 gm Tomatoes 2 medium size (fine chopped) Onion 2 medium size (fine chopped) Potatoes 2 medium size (dissected or as per your desire) Green Chili 7-9 pcs (or as per taste) Dried Plums 6-8 pcs (or as per taste) Coriandar powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder less than ½ teaspoon Salt (as per taste) Garam masala ½ teaspoon Red chili powder 2-3 teaspoon (or as per taste) Lemon juice 1 ½ lemon Biryani masala 2 tablespoon (or as per taste) Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil 1 cup
For Biryani Rice:
Basmati Rice ½ kg (fine quality and soaked) Star Anies 3 pcs Bay leaves 2 pcs Dried turmeric stick 1 small pcs Cinnamon stick 1 pcs (or as per taste) Cardamom 4 pcs (or as per taste) Cloves 4 pcs (or as per taste) Salt 3 tablespoon (or as per taste) Lemon juice 1 tablespoon or 1 lemon Milk 3 tablespoon Food Color 1 pinch Zafaran 1 pinch Pure ghee 3 tablespoon
