Chicken 1 kg

White pepper 1 teaspoon

Black pepper 1 teaspoon

Salt 2 tablespoon (as per the taste)

Green chili 8 pcs (as per the taste)

Garam masala 1/3 teaspoon (as per the taste)

Plain yogurt 2 tablespoon

Cooking cream 4 tablespoon

Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Cooking oil 200 ml (Desi ghee/Olive Oil/Mustard Oil) as per the taste

Lemon sprinkle over the served chicken Karahi

Ginger fine chopped for garnishing
