Ingredients:

Dhaba Mutton: Mutton 0.7 kg Onion 2 medium size Tomatoes 2 medium size Yogurt 1 tablespoon Pink Salt (Traditional Salt) 1 ½ teaspoon (as per your taste) Red Chili Powder 1 ½ teaspoon (as per your taste) Garam Masala ½ teaspoon Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon Green Chili 8 pcs (as per your taste) Cardamom 4 pcs Cloves 4 pcs Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil 200 ml (as per required)


Dhaba Pulao:

Basmati Rice 2 cup (soaked) Bay Leaves 3 pcs Cinnamon stick 1 pcs (small size) Clove 2 pcs Star Anise 2-3 pcs Pink Salt 1 ½ teaspoon (full) Mutton bones 3-6 small pcs Ghee 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Juice of 1 full lemon
