Mutton 700 gram (big chunks with bones)

Onion 2 medium size (dissected)

Cardamom 4 pcs Cloves 4 pcs

Green chilies 7-9 pcs

Basmati rice ½ kg (soaked in water)

Bay leaves 2 pcs

Star anise 3 pcs

Cinnamon stick 1 small pcs (as per your taste)

Salt (Pink/Traditional) 2 teaspoon

Chinese salt ½ teaspoon Lemon juice

Juice of 1 lemon Dried Turmeric 1 pcs (optional)

Ghee 2 tablespoon (as per your need)
